We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of being placed. Most orders are shipped in the morning on the following business day. If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or a Sunday, it will be shipped on the Monday.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Standard Post orders will generally take 3-5 business days to arrive however due to COVID-19 they may take a few extra days. Express Post orders will generally arrive next business day in most metro areas however due to COVID-19 they may take 1-3 days to arrive. 

Unfortunately once orders leave our hands and are with Australia Post, these parcels are completely out of our control. We would love for your order to reach you as soon as possible however we are unable to speed up the delivery or change it in any way.

If you are having issues with any orders arriving to you, or once an order has arrived please contact us and we can do our best to work on a resolution. 

Please note, we do not give refunds based on change of mind.
If you have received an item that you have found to be the wrong size for you, please contact us and we can work on changing the item to a different size for you. Please note you will need to pay the shipping costs from you to us, however when we send you the new item we will cover the cost of standard shipping back to you.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for any reason if the condition of the item does not match the condition in which we sent it to you. All tags are required to be on the item if it is a garment of any sort. This includes but is not limited to headwear, t-shirts, crop tops, hoodies, jackets, and hats. 

Please contact us before returning any items so that we are aware of the situation and can give you approval of the return first.
